Quotation 

Quotations and time scheduling are available for all the works we undertake based on client specifications, and are finalised as part of our proposal documentation.

Survey and drawings 

A site survey is conducted and relevant details are incorporated into site CAD drawings, structural and materials assessment, our proposals and client approval, followed by engineering structural calculations and certification. Independent assessment by client agents can be incorporated in our sequencing of the project.

Planning and liaison  

Subject to a project status we are able to advise on Statutory Authority Planning Application requirements in order to achieve full consent and Certification that will enable handover for use. We also co-ordinate utilites provision and connection when relevant.

Project Management

A comprehensive Project Management service is available. From Principal Contractor or Main Contractor to Sub-Contractor status we apply our expertise and quality control to ensure our products satisfy and are available on time, and removed from site within the costs structure quoted.

Documentation

Full documentation is provided as may be relevant to meet the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. Our own Health & Safety Policy Documents are available for Clients. Structural calculations and Certificates are produced for each project, and the Construction Site Methods Statement and Risk Assessments cover the implementation of construction.
